Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the model homes

  • Greeting and qualifying buyers and assisting them in their decision making process

  • Demonstrating model homes including features and benefits

  • Providing product and pricing information

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid CA Real Estate License

  • Have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation

  • Be outgoing and customer service oriented

  • Have a professional demeanor

  • Strong communication skills

  • Can-do attitude

Required license or certification:

  • Current CA Real Estate license
